ABOUT APPRAISALS

There are various levels of appraising for different situations.  As professional appraisers, we know what type of value your situation dictates and have the training and knowledge to develop the pertinent research. We provide the correct form and documentation required by courts and institutions.  We specialize in antiques and collections as well as all types of furniture and household contents. As appraisers, we do not buy what we appraise. This assures you an ethical and unbiased opinion of value. 

Options include: Formal appraisal documents for estate dispersal and taxation, charitable donation and insurance coverage or claims.  Also available: consultation and sales advisories, estate sale and auction referrals.
